About the platform
Real estate crowdfunding in Slovakia
Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction and development projects. The idea is simple: you pool your capital with other investors and together you participate in real estate projects that would be hard to access on your own.
Through a digital platform, multiple investors contribute funds to a specific project. Once construction is completed and the agreed milestones are reached, profits are distributed pro-rata to all participants according to the size of their investment.
This model lets people with smaller amounts of capital invest in larger projects such as apartment buildings, residential complexes or renovations of existing buildings — increasingly relevant in the context of urban and regional development across Slovakia.
Crowdfunding opens up the real estate market and makes it more accessible. It is no longer a privilege of large developers or investment funds — today, anyone interested can take part.
