This policy explains how Krynexovariumpf s. r. o., with registered office at Mlynské Nivy 48, 821 09 Bratislava, Company ID 56 482 119 (the "controller"), processes personal data of visitors and users of krynexovariumpf.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection.
1. Controller and contact
The controller is Krynexovariumpf s. r. o. Contact for the data protection officer: dpo@krynexovariumpf.com.
2. Data we process
We process identification and contact data (name, surname, email, phone), data required for identity verification (KYC/AML), investment data, data from electronic communications and technical data (IP address, device identifiers, browsing data).
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process data to conclude and perform contracts, to comply with legal obligations (in particular AML and tax laws), on the basis of our legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, direct contact with existing investors) and on the basis of your consent (newsletter, marketing cookies, profiling).
4. Retention period
We keep personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards for the period required by law (typically 10 years for AML and accounting records). Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn.
5. Recipients
Data may be shared with IT service providers, payment institutions, auditors, legal advisers, tax advisers, public authorities and the National Bank of Slovakia in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/1503.
6. Transfers to third countries
We process data primarily within the EU/EEA. Where data is transferred to third countries, we ensure appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR (notably Standard Contractual Clauses).
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
8. Security
Data is protected by technical and organisational measures including transport encryption (TLS 1.3), strict access management, regular penetration tests and an incident response process.
