These terms govern the rights and obligations of users of the krynexovariumpf.com platform operated by Krynexovariumpf s. r. o., registered office at Mlynské Nivy 48, 821 09 Bratislava, Company ID 56 482 119, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, section: Sro, file no. 184 921/B.
1. Subject of the terms
These terms govern the access to information about real estate crowdfunding projects, the newsletter subscription and other digital services. They do not constitute a binding investment agreement.
2. Eligibility
Users of the platform may be natural persons over 18 years old or legal entities established in the EU/EEA. The user declares that the data provided is true and up to date.
3. Investment risks
Investing in real estate projects involves the risk of losing part or all of the invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Please read the Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS) of each project carefully before investing.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the platform including texts, graphics, photos and software is protected by copyright and is owned by Krynexovariumpf s. r. o. or licensed from third parties.
5. Liability
Krynexovariumpf s. r. o. is responsible for operating the platform with due professional care. It is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or damages caused by force majeure.
6. Complaints
Complaints may be sent to support@krynexovariumpf.com. The company will handle the complaint within 30 days of receipt. Consumers have the right to address an alternative dispute resolution body (Slovak Trade Inspection, www.soi.sk).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes arising from these terms fall under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Court Bratislava III unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
8. Changes to the terms
The company reserves the right to update these terms. Material changes will be notified to users by email or by a notice on the platform.
